- Item and packaging must be returned in original condition* and must have been purchased from www.triplescented.com.au
- You can request the substitution of another product at a similar value or a refund of the original purchase price of the product.
- Candles must not have been used (lit) at all to be entitled to a refund/substitution
- Refund/Substitution will be issued when we receive the unwanted items back at Triple Scented.
- In the case of a damaged product contact us as soon as you receive it and send through some photos and a description of the issue and we will make it right for you.
