- FREE SHIPPING if order is over $75
Shipping Information
- Delivering to someone else? You will be able to enter their delivery address at the second stage of the shopping cart.
- If your item is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option to cancel, substitute or wait for the new stock, we normally restock within a few days, one week at the longest.
- If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: support@triplescentedcandles.com.au
Usual Delivery Time Frames
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving it, apart from weekend orders and those after 11am on a Friday which would be dispatched on the Monday
The following times are based on when they get dispatched from our warehouse, note couriers do not work on Saturdays and Sundays,
One- two working days(except Fri-Sun)

Please note the following:
Ordering on a Friday to sunday means your order will not be dispatched till first thing Monday morning
-Where possible, please provide a contact phone number for the recipient.
Where delivery is to be made to a regional part of Australia or PO box where couriers do not go, the parcel will be sent via Australia Post therefore delivery times may be longer than those stated above.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Triple Scented Candles. If your item is faulty or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
Fragrance Satisfaction is guaranteed, if on receiving your order and you do not like one of the fragrances you can send back the item for a full refund or substitute another fragrance which we will send out to you at no further cost. The items you return must be in new condition and unused.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 21 days of you receiving your order. Triple Scented Candle Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Returns Process
To return an item, please contact us at support@triplescentedcandles.com.au and we will arrange a courier to collect the item.
When you contact us please include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
